Accounts are issued to named individuals. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share your login. Tell us promptly at contact@topzmedia.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service acts on advertising accounts using credentials you authorize. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the terms and advertising policies of every platform you connect, including Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your accounts, ads or assets, including suspension, rejection or restriction.
You keep ownership of the creative assets, copy and data you put into the Service. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure outside our control, and may be affected by their outages, rate limits or policy changes. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service is a tool. Nothing in it or on this website is a promise of advertising performance, approval, revenue or return on ad spend. Results depend on factors outside our control.
Where the Service is provided under a paid plan, fees, billing periods and cancellation terms are those agreed in writing with you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already served.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, creates risk to the Service or other users, or is required to be suspended by a platform or by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Z Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost advertising spend. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify Top Z Media, LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of a connected platform's policies.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
