This policy explains what Top Z Media collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to app.topzmedia.com and to the Top Z Media application.
Top Z Media ("the Service") is operated by Top Z Media, LLC ("we", "us"). We can be reached at contact@topzmedia.com.
When an account is created for you we store your name, email address, a hashed password, your assigned role and the modules you have been granted. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never readable by us.
When you connect an advertising account, the Service stores the access credential you authorize and uses it to read and write data on your behalf. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
We access this data only to provide the features you are using. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of any individual.
We record operational logs — sign-in events, actions taken in the Service, and errors — to keep the Service secure and to diagnose problems.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share advertising platform data with third parties except the infrastructure providers described below, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the features you have asked for.

Account and platform data is retained for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, or when you request deletion, we remove the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records to meet a legal obligation. Operational logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your data. You may also withdraw an advertising platform connection at any time — from within the Service, or directly in your platform settings. See the Data Deletion page for how to make a deletion request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of location.
Access to the Service requires authentication, and every user is limited to the modules and accounts an administrator has granted them. Credentials are stored with access restricted to the systems that need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we will notify affected users of any breach that materially affects them.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will notify account holders of any material change.
